Racist hotel, constantly being stalked and harassed as i stayed with my family. My family used multiple rooms so mines were barely occupied. More the less 3 kids. Every time we exited he room, went to the pool, got breakfast, exited & returned to the hotel the man & woman who checked my family in was constantly giving a bare stare. My kids will say something to them and they will just look. We went to the desk asking for pool towels we were told no, use the pool towels after them already being notified there was no towels in the pool. Then they only provided 1 towel. When it was time to exit the pool at closing the manager came demanding we leave the pool, i explained soon as my sister returned with more towels. The hallways were extremely cold and they did not want to provide towels but gave other guests of different color towels when asked. As we walked into our rooms they will stand there just eyeballing. When we ate breakfast or walked pass the main desk, it was the same as they did not want us to visit. I was told one set amount but they charged something different. Then they goes to say the couch was broken. Oh sure you will say the couch is broken since you had stalked me and had me uncomfortable since check in. Me & 3kids slept in the same bed, i did not trust them sleeping closer to the door, we constantly left the hotel room, house keeper even walked into my room and acted as she didn't speak English! No one had time to sleep or sit on the couch. Just racist behavio

There was a broken cabinet…I also opted to upgrade, I thought it was available before I got there and I submitted for it but when I got there the receptionist said that was not the case…I’m not sure why I got the notice hours before I got there, just to be told it wasn’t true…kinda disappointed

We are mid-level bargain travelers, family fun. This was an excellent hotel and a great price. It was the only hotel in the Chicago airport area that hit all 5: low cost, free parking, free breakfast, pool, and hot tub. It was clean and just as nice as most of my recent comparable hotels. Would absolutely stay here again. Cons: not close to Chicago proper, but most of our events were outside of downtown so this was fine.

It was an awesome location to stay at. Friendly staff and clean room. The warm breakfast is a bonus. I just wished there’s more spots to hang the towels.

Our stay was nice. But i have to say this hotel has the worst toilet paper i have ever experienced in my life. I know that hotels buy the cheapest one layer paper as possible. But this was really bad. When i was using it my hand looked like i was working at a chocolate factory.
