Overall property review
Location was within walking distance (just over a mile) to Old City and Chinatown. Neighborhood was noisy the first night and it’s on a narrow busy street. The unit was cute but in need of some TLC. The beds were comfy. Light bulbs were burned out throughout the apartment. One of the remotes for the projector/tv didn’t have batteries. There were only thin towels and shortage of hand towels. Bathrooms did not have bath mats. The kitchen did not have towels for dishes. These things did not impact our stay but would have been nice.

Extremely Clean!
Our family stayed here for two nights. We have two adult children and two teens. The owner was pretty quick with responses which was nice. The place was also VERY clean! (Thank you!!!) “Sleeps 8” is a stretch and would be very cozy if you brought 8 people. It’s comfortable with 6 or less. Our teen boys slept on the fold-up bed and couch. Both were was super comfy! One issue is we were only given one fitted sheet total for both beds. I would encourage the owner to supply bedding for the couch and extra folding bed. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept great while we were there. The only other issue we had was the upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet and I know the owner can’t control who lives upstairs. But they were playing loud music and stomping around well past midnight. Each night we would hear loud moaning and rhythmic banging as well. Kuddos to them lol. I was thankful for the sound machines in each room. That was a nice touch that helped drown out the noise. The living room was small but my kids really enjoyed the large screen to watching a movie on. They thought that was really cool. Overall great trip and would highly recommend this place!

Great stay, good location
20 min walk to Penn Convention Center. 5-10 min walk to Chinatown. Pretty quiet at night - and I live in a small city - all of the advertised features are accurate. If you plan on cooking, might need a couple more things - ingredients and instruments primarily. A little cramped for the living area to be advertised for 6 people. Make sure it's 3 couples or 3 pairs of great friends. Owner reachable just took a few minutes. Great stay, I'd return.

The perfect host
We were stranded after another site cancelled our stay. This gentleman made sure we could still stay at his place. The communication with him was quick and detailed. The house was better than we expected . He is really the perfect host. If I were to rate anything low it would be the parking. Other than that 10 out of 10.
