Cozy Beautiful View Upstairs 2 Bedrm 1 Bath Apartment Off I-55 in Gobbler Hollow

Cozy, 2 bedroom 1 bath open living, and a beautiful view awaits you here in Gobbler Hollow. This is an upstairs apartment located in the Pevely city limits (Right outside of St Louis) , but you won't feel like it. Our property sits on 10.5 acres with minimal neighbors. We are 30 min from downtown. We can sleep 5.

We do live downstairs and we have pets. Two cats and an overly happy white and black dog. We do not allow pets in the unit. There is a hallway and two locking Steel frame doors that separate us.Both are friendly. We have an RV Pad that is occasionally rented on the property short term but it is all separate from the apartment. (it is currently unlisted)

I provide very basic necessities and cookware. If you plan on bigger meals or are wanting something specific....Ask me. I will try provide items that accent your stay if I am able. I am always open to being available for anything you need. I provide one towel per guest.

You do have to walk upstairs. This is an upstairs apartment off of a big house. No shared spaces.

If its a summer, Saturday Night in Pevely, you will hear the race cars because we are very close to Pevely Race Track. We don’t hear them anymore because we have lived here for years and we usually listen to the radio or watch TV.

If you are staying longer (Two weeks plus) We can work out a paid laundry arrangement one day per week as well. I have keyless entry to a laundry room.

If you bring a service/support animal please keep it leashed and keep identifying tags on it. Also please let us know you are bringing an animal!

If you have a service animal, please provide pics of the certificate. We typically ask for no pets because we have animals.

Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time and/or delay our housekeeping staff and/or our maintenance staff without prearranged approval with the host will be charged $100 for every hour past checkout time plus any fees incurred by maid service for disrupting their schedule.

Will not rent to locals within 45 min drive to home (at host discretion). If you are local, you still book and host asks you to cancel, you must comply. Host agrees to full refund of her payout. Can not refund airbnb fees.

Smoking is never tolerated. $150 fine.
Events and Parties are absolutely not tolerated will result in a $1000 fine.
