Staff was not the friendliest I was told I could check out late and when I asked for one hour extension the woman at the front desk quickly declined it, the hotel seems empty as I was the only car up front so I’m not sure why one hour of late check out was such a hard NO

Place was clean and staff friendly. We did have troubles with our room hot tub. Had maintenance over twice. Never got to use it which was sad cause I got that room for that reason.
