The bed had blood stains, bathroom had hair in tub and its smell like pee , the chair was stained and tile was broken and the carpet was stained

Wi-fi was out for most of the day. The front desk just gave me a number to call so I had to spend an hour on the phone with a service company to try to get it working. Room was clean but older.

Conveniently located off the highway and across the street from a gas station. Check in was fast. One front desk associate was amazing. Very hard working , polite, and helpful.

There wasn’t enough parking and large gatherings were allowed at the entrance as well as trucks with trailers taking up multiple spots. The front desk associate was very nice and tried her best to make our stay the best it could be. The tv didn’t work and the room was very run down. The gathering out front was blocking traffic and an inconvenience to other guests and should’ve been controlled better. As well, there were lots of unsupervised children on the inside lobby area of the hotel taking over the area and an inconvenience to other hotel guests. The area didn’t feel safe either.
