The staff and food wwere excellent. Our only problem is that the EV chargers did not work. We ended up putting in $30 and still have not received a refund from the charger company. The Quality Inn staff didn't know anything about what to do when the charger took our credit card and "ate" the deposit. The chargers have a sticker with a QR code that's peeling off -- and so that is only workable on 2 of the four chargers. It's a fine hotel, but the management should take control of those chargers -- or not tell customers that they exist. We ended up having to go to another set to get our vehicle charged for the rest of our trip.

This hotel is probably the best value in the Petaluma area. Do not expect however to find a 5-star resort. The staff at the desk are friendly but not overly. Breakfast is OK, and we enjoyed the hot sausage/bacon/scrambled egg buffet style. The pool is not very big, and there were a few leaves and a plastic bag floating in it. But overall, we were happy with our stay, and given the area, it's a good value for the money.

Good location. Easy access. I was the only guest checking in. Front desk personnel took a bit of time recognizing my presence. Nice facility. Took front desk person. Very good ADA shower set up.

The room was in the back building and next to a very busy street. Felt somewhat unsafe. The room was good. Big room with fridge and microwave. Very clean. We would stay there again but would ask to be closer to the main office.

I was physically assaulted by another customer outside the lobby, around 11 pm October 5, 2024. She was in a group of people sitting outside drinking alcohol. Management was not assertive enough to handle the situation. I called the police to make a report. I did not feel safe to stay any longer, and checked out around 1230 am. I want a full refund for that night.

We rode into to town way before check in. I was having issues with my Harley Terra was kind enough to let us check in early and unload the bike and my girlfriend. Lol While I went to the Harley dealer. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was the best

Joe welcomed me when I arrived. Every staff member that was close enough to speak with me, acknowledged me with a good morning or a hello. There was staff doing repairs or cleaning outside. The breakfast service was excellent. The food was supposed to be hot actually was!! Joe was also there the next 2 mornings, and was very nice. I’ll be traveling to Petaluma once a month to visit my Mom, and I plan on staying at your hotel.
