Staff was kind and efficient. The decor of the inn was outstanding with period furnishings. Nice swimming pool for those who wanted to relax outside.

It was our first time to stay at a Bed & Breakfast and it was a great experience. Our room (Vinita Suite) was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast the following morning was more than we expected. This is an amazing property that will not disappoint.

Beautiful building and property. One of the nicest BnB I have seen. Great breakfast served. Landen did a great job in overseeing our stay. Only issue is not much happening in small town and limited dining options.

Our overnight stay at Peacock Place was delightful… our room was comfortable and the rain shower-head was quite refreshing. Landon made us a full, very filling, delicious breakfast.

Very quiet nice, enjoyable stay. Bed was comfortable, rainfall shower had good water pressure. We were very tired so it was good. They had a fan in the closet which helped tremendously as I get very hot. Breakfast was served at the time requested...french toast and sausage..with coffee and juice. Very clean pool ...would stay again certainly enjoyed it.

Lovely bed and breakfast

Lovely, quiet bed and breakfast. Our rooms were comfortable and clean with attached bathrooms rather than sharing a bath down the hall. I loved the check in by door code rather than having to coordinate arrival with an owner. The porch was very relaxing also.

Peacock Place is perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at peacock place. The house is beautiful inside and out. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious despite us making it challenging with one gluten allergy and another disliking eggs. We also thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the early morning and evening. The porch has overhead fans for the hotter days and a heater for colder weather. The pool area was also very nice. I'd highly recommend staying if you're in the Eastman area. It's very close to MGSU Eastman and Cochran campuses.
