It was a good stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was clean. There was a very large Cross Country meet at the park so there were a lot of kids staying on the property. The room was on 1st floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was pretty busy but it was good. It's in a good area with several different places to eat close by. The hotel is older and could use a little update. The sink is outside the bathroom which doesn't leave a lot of privacy, but all in all, it was a nice stay. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitly stay there again.

We couldn't use both TV and Refrigerator. Hotel was understaffed but the staff was trying her best. Hotel offered us to switch to a different room but we didn't bother as we had settled already.

The pillows were very bad. I asked for new pillows but they brought more of the same. The hide a bed mattress needed to be thrown out, luckily only a child had to sleep on it. Time for some upgrades Best Western Peoria! A little too pricey for the hotel

Was told to book through Expedia for large group because person at hotel in charge of group bookings couldn’t figure out how to give discounted rate. There was an issue with billing that was finally fixed (after multiple calls) but management I spoke with seemed annoyed in just helping me get it fixed. Won’t be back.

Room was clean, easy to navigate and close to downtown and other area attractions including shopping. Breakfast was great for being included and the attendant was amazing. Only downside. Pool area was VERY hot and the pool somewhat dirty. Something just seemed a little off with the chlorine, we couldn’t see our feet. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

Old, outdated and dirty! Friendly staff

I’ve never left a poor review of any hotel stay and don’t enjoy leaving this one but … The elevator got stuck with us the first night and didn’t work properly, the bathroom had tiles coming up and a warped floor, our carpet had several large stains that were sticky and our shoes would stick to, bed sheets were very itchy. I would imagine from bleaching out between use. Each night the parking lot had a group of men drinking tequila and getting hammered and having a private party at their work trucks which is none of my business but as a mom traveling with a 16 yo daughter alone I wasn’t impressed. I feel like the hotel should consider the environment of all of their guest. The next morning the men’s chairs, beer bottles, food containers & empty tequilas bottles were still on the ground. Less than impressed. The hotel staff at counter was very nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies in halls were pleasant.
