This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 8, including all adults and children. NOTICE: This home, along with the entire condo development, is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere onsite. There is a strict rule of 1 parking pass per unit. Overflow parking is available at the PKRM office in the Villagio Town Center
**IMPORTANT: Significant work will be ongoing at the complex during the month of November 2024 to include:
Balcony Access: Balconies will be closed for resurfacing throughout November 2024.
Amenities Closure: There is no indication that pools, spas or beach walkover access will be closed.
Exterior Activity: Workers will be present working on the building's exterior most days both on ground level and from swing stages.
Unit Access: Workers may need access to the condo periodically.
