E502 - Designed by an architect in the spirit of the original building, this newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful views overlooking Eden's lush gardens, waterfalls and the gulf. This designer condo features polished tile floors, contemporary furnishings, draperies and a variety of luxurious amenities.

Some of these include a wine cooler, wet bar with ice maker and sink, stainless appliances, full size, front loading washer and dryer, LED cove lighting, and a 70 inch 4K LED TV.

In addition, the kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer with a water and ice dispenser on the door and a pantry.

The entry foyer features stunning artwork and privacy doors that lead into the master and guest suites. Each bedroom has its own private bath, TV, closet, and dresser. The master bedroom has a king size bed and side tables and the guest bedroom has a double size bed with a single twin bed that pulls out beneath.

Both the master and guest bathrooms feature European style vanities with ample storage both inside the cabinets and behind the mirrors. They also have frameless glass walk-in showers with a seat in the master bath.

The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious, covered balcony perfect for looking at the beach and surf.
