Newly Renovated Pensacola Beach Condo - Starboard Village

Avoid the crowded beaches and waiting in line for the elevator at the high rise condo developments. Starboard Village Unit 121 is a recently renovated 2BR, 2.5 bath condo. Starboard Village is a quiet, well maintained, low density, beachfront complex of 33 units with 400’ of private beach front. Gulf front pool and 2 private beach walkovers are very close to this unit. Reservation includes 1 garage parking spot directly beneath the unit and a reserved outdoor parking spot directly adjacent to the building. One of the last gulf front developments before the Fort Pickens National Park, it is a very quiet area. Less than 1/4 mile to famous Peg Leg Pete’s and a Tom Thumb convenience store. About 1.5 miles to the heart of Pensacola Beach.

Starboard Village Unit 121 is a well appointed, well equipped, newly renovated (December 2023), 2 BR, 2.5 Bath condo with a large living area, kitchen and half bath on the main level (3rd floor of building) with a large balcony and beautiful views of the gulf and beach. 2 Bedrooms upstairs include the Master with a king bed and en suite bath. Beautiful views from the Master bedroom and private 4th floor balcony. Beverage / coffee bar just off Master to make enjoying coffee or cocktails on the Master’s private balcony easy anytime. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed with a seperate triple bunk bed (bottom king, middle twin, top full) and en-suite bath. 2nd bedroom also has views of the sound.

Gas grill (to be used in uncovered areas of first floor), beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for guests’ use.

Nice Place
Very nice place. We were here for the blue angels. Good location and view from the balcony. Would definately stay here again. Only minor complaint would be the wifi. Not a very strong signal upstairs, so the smart TVs in the bedrooms struggled with the streaming apps.

Exceptional!
This was one of the first times we had zero hiccups with a rental. Check in process was very clear with the instructions. Unit was very clean, and stocked more than we could have ever imagined. Plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Beds were super comfy & the view from the master bed of the gulf was so pretty. Walk to the beach was very short, pool was very clean. Thank you for sharing your condo with us for 5 nights! My family really enjoyed the stay.

Cozy Beach Condo
The owner is so kind and communicative. The place was so cozy and clean. Easy beach access with the most beautiful views off the balcony as well. The beds were comfortable, the kids loved the bunks that were also very comfortable. It was stocked with EVERYTHING. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, floats, kitchen supplies, hair dryers. Great washer and dryer. The location was close to everything: Starbucks and choices of a variety of restaurants. There is one parking spot and the complex is not lenient on this policy. There is access to a garage where a second car can park if needed. Would absolutely stay in this condo again.

Great communication woth the host. The guests before us had damaged a lot of the furniture and somehow even managed to loose batteries from the remotes? The host got back with me very quickly and even had his mother in law run over batteries as they were staying in the same area. The only thing i would suggest is to let the cleanimg company know to clean under the couch and couch cushions if possible. I am sure this is not alwaya a problem and simply due to the rough guests before us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking and our kids really enjoyed the sand toys in the garage!

Awesome kitchen - large area and workspace, plenty of equipment. Great decor - very relaxing. Bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable bedding and mattresses. Slept all five kids confortably. Plenty of beach chairs and toys on hand. Grill in good shape.

Fantastic property and location
Both the property and owner were great. Located perfectly on the beach and near the pool, this was an ideal spot for anyone, especially those with young kids. The owner was always responsive to texts, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We would definitely come back!

Great week away!
We had a wonderful stay at Starboard Village. The place is well cared for and had everything we could possibly need! Some minor wear and tear here and there but nothing unexpected and nothing that disrupted our visit. The kitchen is WELL stocked and the garage has plenty of chairs, boogie boards etc for the beach. The property is very quiet. The beach was practically private and just steps out the door. While we did not have full ocean view, we could still see it out the balcony. Overall an excellent choice!

Ahmazing Pensacola Stay
Everything about this property is a class act. The owner had thought of everything from extra sheets to kitchen supplies to bikes to hats (just in case you forgot your beach hat). You will not want for anything in your stay here, that is for sure. Pensacola and this property is perfect for families.

Starboard Village Condo
This is a great rental. The reservation and check-in process was seamless and easy. The unit is unusually large for a 2 bedroom rental and the weather wasn't great while we were there so it was nice to have the extra space inside. The garage is a nice plus, we kept bikes and beach stuff in it. Everything at the condo worked perfectly. I have never seen a rental with such a well stocked kitchen. The location is great, just far enough from the busy town center and the beaches are world class. We also spent a couple days wandering around Fort Pickens which was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Very nice stay
This condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. The views are great. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and looking out at the waves crashing in. We walked a lot but that was our choice. Some good restaurants on the island. We especially enjoyed walking on the pier. We’ll be back!

The property was amazing, and so close to the beach it was perfect. For those wondering if the kitchens has necessities to cook with...YES!!! Coffee pot and Kurig options and plenty of sleeping space. It was the perfect get away for the family and hang out time with grandpa.

Great place to stay!
The property looks newly remodeled and is very clean. Beaches were beautiful and it’s a short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s! Kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets and utensils and rental came with beach chairs and floats. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Really like the fact that it was so close to the beach and did not need to cross street to get here. Enjoyed the entire space overall. Kitchen tools needed were all there. Soap was available if you forgot to pick up some. One of the best things…youtube tv was available for college football weekend. Parking was awesome. There were beach chairs available which was helpful. Beautiful place. A few issues; Our mothers came and they are in their 60’s and 70’s. The stairs were a bit much for them. Also for children it could be a possible hazard if for whatever reason your attention goes somewhere else. The kids wanted to play on the stairs so we had to spend time on stair duty….often times. May not need a great place for a young family with kids and elders. Also there were renovations going on…or maybe some painting or something…and we had to deal with equipment in our way on certain occasions. One of the workers literally put a lift bucket directly in our gulf view as we were sitting outside on the balcony. Had to go down and ask him if he could move lift down. He was really nice and had no problem putting the lift down. We bad a good time.
