You can hear everything out in the hallway and it sounds as loud as if it were in your room. Sheets had some hairs on them, but nothing too crazy. I didn’t see any bugs so it was fine.

We were charged for two rooms for three nights. We received a phone call and was asked to pay in advance for the two rooms because it was during the Pendleton Rodeo and others wanted the rooms. So I paid. Then within two days we realized we could not stay the third night. So called and asked for a refund. She said no problem. Well, I call almost every day because I had not received my refund. Talked to the same girl and she told me it would be taken care of. When we checked in I brought it to their attention. Again another gentleman said it would be taken care of. The day we checked out I mentioned it again. I felt like a broken record. I was promised it would be done. Well instead of the $270 refund they gave me a $46 refund. What??? So again called. Yes I will take care of it. Well here it is over two months and several phone calls later with no refund. I have received only promises and no refund. I am really frustrated and will never give them business again.

The location and price are great! Unfortunately, the beds are very uncomfortable and the doors slamming all night and early in the morning made it hard to sleep.

Staff were great. The room was clean. As a female traveling alone I felt safe. The property is old, but the room was updated and comfortable. I stayed in Rm 105 on the first floor next to the 2nd story stairs and it wasn’t bad. Bring ear plugs when traveling if you are sensitive to noises. For the prices I was extremely happy with my stay.

Great for the price!
The customer service was incredible! Everyone was very communicative and friendly. The knob for the shower on the faucet was not on the faucet and was sitting on top of the toilet but overall our stay was affordable and what we were looking for. Again customer service was great.

The rooms were dirty, bug infested and disappointing. I'm ok with an older building but the rooms werent clean. Room 1 had bugs in the kitchenette and the bathroom was dirty but we were just going to stick it out as there werent many rooms available. Once the tv stopped working we were moved to a second room. It had tape arpund the light fixture in the bathroom from past painting with dead bugs. We found a few cockroaches in the stove nicotine stains and something smeared on the walls. They didnt even leave toilet paper in the room. We stayed one night because it was very late but then lwft early the next morning. They refunded us for the second night and we went somewhere else. The woman at reception was very nice, i will never stay here again. It is disgusting.DO NOT DO IT.
