Lilly Pilly is a retro semi-detached holiday house with a shared backyard, only 2 mins walk to the beach.

This home is suitable to a maximum of 4 adults or up to 6 with kids. Small well behaved pets <10kg are allowed. Shared spaces include the back deck & backyard.

Whilst the property can comfortably sleep two families, it will be a cozy fit, with a modest size living area and one bathroom.

Retro furnishings, comfy beds, and includes creature comforts such as air-con, WiFi, Netflix and a coffee machine.

Note that our back neighbour is currently building and there may or may not be some noise during your stay.

Quiet, serene, and magical Pearl Beach is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing holiday within easy reach of Sydney. The beautiful dog-friendly beach is only a 2 minute walk. The cafe, restaurant, tennis courts, kids playground, arboretum, and incredible bush walks are also close by.

The feature is the back deck and yard. Although shared with the semi next door (you can rent ‘Wattle’ too if you want both semi’s to yourself!), most of our time (and likely yours) will be spent out back enjoying the sounds of the birds and crashing waves. Each side of the deck has its own table setting. Shared BBQ, and shared beach ‘toys’ and amenities in the back shed, including beach wagon, sandcastle buckets & spades, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), small kids bikes and helmets.

Master bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, while the third bedroom has a triple bunk (one double mattress on the bottom and one single on top).

Little gem
The property is a house split in half. There were people staying in the other side of the home but we did not hear them during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything that we needed to cook our meals. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we didn’t get to experience the fire pit outside which I was very much looking forward to. Will definitely return to this property.

Even though we had a bit of rain we found plenty to do and loved our stay at Pearl Beach. Highly recommend if you are going with another family to book both places side by side.
