The screened in porch on the front of the house faces the ocean and features a swing, wicker sofa, picnic table and rocking chairs to allow for calm moments in the sea breeze. The back deck has a picnic table and is a great place to watch the sunset of Pawleys Creek. Two beach access points may be reached on foot in less than two minutes. There is ample space for parking below the house and in the back yard. Plenty of room for a boat which you can use at the public boat landing, just two blocks north.

Featuring new flooring throughout, the interior of the house is organized around a central gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and large family table. The living area offers plenty of sitting and has comfortable couches, chairs, and a large flat screen TV. Bedding accommodations include four bedrooms and two full bathrooms UPSTAIRS; one king, three queens, and one twin.
