Unit features 2 bedrooms; and 2 baths. Bed sizes are: 1 King, 2 Singles, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Amenities Include: Bose Wireless Speaker, Bar with Mini-Fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker & Regular Coffee Maker, Covered Parking. Inlet Point 14E is located near the creek dock and is an easy walk to the both Inlet Point condo pools, and beach.

This condo is located in Building 14 with an elevator, and it is convenient to the beach, pool, and creek dock.

Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking space underneath the building. Additional parking is available.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
