Pleasant road side stop.

My husband had been ill. We were traveling and needed a place to stop with our two grandchildren. The staff made check in very easy. They were accomidating when the children and i were a little late for continental breakfast. And were also helpful being sure if i needed help to leave. Thank you!

Roaches everywhere, filthy sheets, disgusting

A roach literally walked across the check in desk as I was checking in. When we got to the room, there were two more roaches on the wall. We pulled back the covers on the bed to find HUGE brown and yellow stains on the mattress and sheets. The floor of the bathroom was filthy as well. We didn't even unpack. Instead we walked out and went across the street to the Best Western. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Nice hotel

Was a nice stay less noise from outside. Didn’t even open curtain to look out. Was late and just wanted to go to bed. Wanted adjoining rooms. Said they had one but didn’t get it. The desk clerk had already assigned us rooms.

Solo but not alone!

It was great for me Although I traveled solo, the staff ensured that I was okay. Initially, my room was on the 2nd floor and before I could get my luggage upstairs (no elevator), staff immediately ask for my room key because there was a first floor cancelation. That made my day! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. I will stay there again if the opportunity should rise again.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets and blankets were stained, the towels were dirty, looked like someone wiped their bottom on them, was not satisfied at all, will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else.... very dissatisfied!!!

Good for the Price

Front desk clerk was very nice and provided excellent service. The price was very affordable. The facilities and furnishings were a bit worn out but that didn’t bother us as we knew we chose the budget option. But what did bother us was that the room was not particularly clean. One example of that is we found multiple strands of women’s hair on the sheets, pillows and bathroom floor.

Sometimes finding a pet friendly hotel is challenging. Our dog only cost us $20 more. Great front desk. Clean room.

This hotel is a great overnight stay. It's clean and modern. The staff is very friendly had helpful. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

There were crumbs on top of the bed. The bathroom floor had not been swept and there was a cigarette butt under sink. It looked like someone had dropped a pop in bathroom and the wall under sink was covered in it. There was no plug in bathtub and a partial bar of soap/water and debris were visible in opening.

Disappointed this trip

Reserved a King accessible room for one night. Requested to be far from noise, ice machine and guests with pets. None of that happened. Restaurant next door played loud music till about 10 or so. Guests dogs were barking so we had to turn up the TV to drown out the noise. Bed was very comfortable and happy with the tall toilet and walkin shower. Bathroom could use some maintenance and the sheetrock was falling apart. Hair dryer didn't work. App wont allow me to upload pictures.
