I suggest they keep a couple of bath chairs on hand for people who have a hard time getting in and out of tubs. Ver comfortable beds. AC was nice and quiet.

Location was good, room itself was showing its age. Furnishings worn, scrapes and scratches. Quiet though. Pool area was stiflingly hot for an indoor pool.

The hotel was fine, nothing fancy. My window faced the big parking lot and the lights out there were very bright. Otherwise I wouldn't say it was more or less than I expected.

Watch, they will overcharge. They are dishonest.

Check in is 3pm. We got there around 4 and they had to finish cleaning. When we entered the room, it was VERY strong with whatever cleaner they used. My boyfriend immediately went into an asthma attack from it. They put an ozone machine in the room to help. We left for an hour to let it clear. When we went back it was still awful. We told them we could not stay in that room and they refused to refund our money. On top of that, they overcharged us by $50 over what was quoted. NEVER again.

Above average for Tri-Cities. A/C rattled, toilet prone to running unless you manually adjust the chain after every flush. Breakfast bar above average. Staff nice and helpful.

For $250.00, I expected better towels, some type of magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a bed that was not hard as a rock and hard pillows- good thing I brought my own pillow, or I would have never been able to sleep
