Property had on going construction. Both two floors had smoking/ pot smell that was coming to room. The mattresses were comfy though.

I've never seen so many roaches in my life! They're everywhere! In the ice from the ice machine, bathroom & main room. The lady that works the front desk is rude & absolutely should not be working customer service! Ppl fighting all night & police activity. Contacting human services & the BBB!

Roach hotel! Disgusting place. Dirty floors, dirty towels, hair everywhere in the bathroom! Do NOT recommend!

This place is infested with cockroaches & bed bugs! EVEN WHEN GETTING ICE, ROACHES WERE IN THE CUBES!! I had to go to the Drs bc I'm bit up so badly & had to be prescribed meds! I was told if we eat anything in the room during our stay, the roaches naturally come! That's insane. I've also called the BBB & the board of health. They will be sending someone from the housing dept to inspect the property. The lady at the front desk said there was NOTHING they'd do to rectify the issues & to call whomever I wanted! *IF you don't mind a LOT of BUGS, it's a cheap room with a VERY unsafe environment. Ppl banging on doors at 3am, screaming & lots of police activity here* I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Place is filthy. Infested with cockroaches & bedbugs. Super noisy all hours of the day & night. Kids screaming & running through the halls, people banging on doors, fighting going on, police! Cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for!

ROACHES GALORE & BEDBUGS! ROACHES IN THE ICE EVEN! BEYOND INFESTED. VERY CRASS LADY AT THE FRONT DESK. EXTREMELY NOISY ALL NIGHT LONG! POLICE ACTIVITY EVERY NIGHT TOO. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB & THE BOARD OF HEALTH. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED!

Cockroaches in all rooms. Lady at the front desk told us they could not do anything about that problem bc if they come spray, more would come! Employee walked in our room without knocking first! Beds are so hard, you can't get much sleep.

When i went to check in i was standing at the desk for 15 mins before anyone came to the window. Place had roaches !!!! But luckily they didn’t make an appearance until morning time! Never again !

There were just a lot of bugs in the room I didn’t like. Luckily I had my bug spray. I found the staff doesn’t stay in the front ofen at their desk.

The room looked like it wasn’t swept or properly cleaned in weeks. Photos on Expedia said single deluxe room had jacuzzi so we paid extra for no jacuzzi. And a dirty room
