Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Due to my wife's mobility issues, the desk attendant gladly accommodated us with a room on the first floor. However the room did not have a king size bed as specified in our contract. There were no luggage carts available for us to move our things into the room. The entrance foyer was littered and dirty with filthy glass on the entrance doors and windows. The hallway carpet leading to the room was dirty. During the evening, there was loud noise from other guests in the hallway while we were attempting to get some sleep. The advertising photos of the room were significantly better than the worn out conditions of the furniture in the room. The room was tidy as expected from the cleaning staff.
There was no prior mention of a room deposit of $50 collected and not to be returned for 5 to 7 business days.
Overall it left me to wonder how a respected name like Ramada or Wyndham get associated with such a "dive"!
