The overall property was great! However staff was not. When i originally checked in i was greeted by a woman who made me feel welcomed but that changed two hours after checking in. I was harassed several times about noise complaints prior to quiet time, when none of my neighbors said it was them, all 3 rooms(next door and directly across) complimented the young girls as they saw us go down for breakfast. I hosted a sleep over for my daughter and any time we crossed paths with neighbors they were shocked how quiet it was the two nights we stayed. It was not until I was checking out that there was someone who lives at the hotel who staff are close to that kept saying my girls were making noise when they were not. Staff threatened to kick us out three hours after checking in because their resident did not like that it was a group of us. Not only were we accused of making “too much noise”, the assistant manager threatened me as well without even asking me anything but my name and room number. I have traveled several times before and I am aware of being courteous of others and timing. The hotel was great minus waiting 30 minutes for pool towels but the treatment of staff caused me to never want to stay at another Home2 Suites or this location again.

It is really great experiance to stay at Home2 Suites. I personally recommend you guys to spend your time when you have a chance to stay around. It is clean, safe, and convenient. My kids really love a lot, and their breakfast was amazing ! The stuff are really great people to assist !!!
