We had an okay/good stay here. They over booked our room so we didn’t get to check in till almost 6:00pm. We also had booked a king bed suite but since it was overbooked we got two queens. Which is okay but we really wanted the king since we were far from home and we don’t have a king bed at home. We also ran out of toilet paper and towels and it took 3 hours to get it. We asked the first time they said they would bring it to our room. Didn’t happen so we asked again and again and they finally gave us it right then. Idk why they couldn’t the first time. Also the parking was kinda difficult depending on the time if you didn’t pay valet. We did enjoy the beach access though and having water stations to rinse off. I would say most of the staff is friendly too!

Stay here every year. Front desk very nice. Staff in general very pleasant. Did not like the Valet parking. We had to park across street and it didn’t feel safe. Also. Nobody ever emptied our trash or took out dirty towels. They just kept leaving a menu thing in door.

The property is an older motel. They are upgrading and improving. We had a studio which was two sister rooms. King bed and bathroom, then a kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. We had a nice balcony that went out two separate doors. Unless you have a studio that is not the case. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beach access was easy and nice area. Several good options within walking distance. We did have a surprise upon arrival. They charge $50 a night for deposit. Returnable upon departure. When the charges hit. There was a computer glitch that charged us an additional $61 dollars. We were compensated by the manager with a nice dinner for the inconvenience. All the staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Tanesha was a pleasure to work with.

This property is dated and needs updates. The Barefoot restaurant that is affiliated with Radisson has reduced their menu and didn't have outdoor dining available. They wouldn't put Thursday night football on in the outside bar. Very disappointing. We love this location and the short walk to Sharky's.

This is our second stay at the Radisson PCB. While overall our stay was pleasant, and we especially commend the staff for their helpfulness, several areas could improve. One is the usefulness of the kitchenette. . It needs at least a full sized coffee pot, can opener and regular sized glasses and a regular sized trash can. Also, because you don’t do daily maid service you should at least provide your guests with a broom to get the sand out. Door mats would help too. Basic cleanliness (baseboards, under chairs and beds, some mold on ceilings etc) needs to be stepped up. Our feet were gray after walking on the floors BEFORE we went to the beach. Finally- it’s not a RESORT- it’s a decent beach hotel with a small, basic pool, a small kids area and a small hot tub. Quit charging the resort fee since there aren’t really any real resort amenities. We come here because it’s beachfront, has decent balconies and the staff will go out of their way for you. But I’d like it better without the resort fee .

The mattress was the worst. Hard as rock. When you enter the room theirs your bed. The hold vibe of the place was old. Then the extra fee's all because we didn't book with them. Stsy this place NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was nervous about staying here due to terrible reviews on cleanliness, staff treatment, insects etc. If I had not accidentally booked non-refundable, I would've been inclined to look elsewhere 😬. I'm very glad I didnt. We stayed for 4 nights, and it was very clean. The staff was professional. And the location was AMAZING. Yes, its dated. Yes, there are some cracks and dings. But I think sometimes folks expect to get a steak dinner on a BigMac budget. I Expected things to be a little worn and small because of the price comparables. To conclude, I do expect to come back here next year. It's not the nicest, or funnest hotel I've been to, but I go to PCB for the beach, and this was the BEST beach access I've ever been. That, coupled with the reasonable price tag, is why I will plan on booking next years trip very soon!! Suggestion: Update the TVs to smart TVs so we can access our own apps. (YouTubeTv, Disney ) I would have liked a tub (showertub combo at least). We didn't have one in our 2 bedroom suite, maybe there were in other ones though?
