Property is dated and wasn’t very clean. I had to clean the tub so we could use it. We didn’t have any towels and it took several attempts of calling to even get someone to answer the phone to bring us towels. Not absolutely horrible, but not great. We probably will not return.

Three day stay
Room was not ready on time but the hotel did compensate us for that. Front staff was excellent, however housekeeping did not service our room, even after I requested it with the front desk. Overall, it was a decent stay.

1 bed (of our 2) had a horrible mattress, no coffee, asked for towels & never got them, safety lock was torn off the door, the plastic couch & chair were very uncomfortable & cold, refrigerator didn’t work, $94. ‘Resort fee’ no idea what we were paying for-there weren’t any chairs on the beach & worst of all it took over an hr to check in

Check in was not a great first impression. I waited in line for over 30 minutes behind one woman. It took so long because the check in employee could not find an available room. The lady ahead of me booked her room 2 weeks in advance, and she searched for almost an hour to find her a room. I just knew I was screwed, as I booked my room last week. After finally finding the previous customer a room, it took her another 30 minutes to find my room. When I got to the room it was not as nice as I had hoped. There was, what appeared to be fresh blood on the PILLOWCASES! The bed did not appear to have fresh linens. The door to the living room would not shut, none of the lights worked in the sitting area, and the entire room lacked cleanliness. At the price I paid, I expected a little more classy and a lot less “Cooks Motel”.

It was not so clean. We had to wait in line for 30 mins to check in!! The balcony was not that private and you see the next rooms as well. The view was good and it’s only good if you want to only go for swimming but not good for relaxing and enjoying the view

Front desk staff was friendly. At check in room smelled of strong odor spray, later I found that the spray was to mask the smell of urine. Light bulbs were not on the balcony. Reasonable accommodations for the price. Property is pet friendly, all breeds of “SERVICE ANIMALS” were checked in.
