We booked four nights at the Palmetto due to a last minute emergency with our condo. The entire time we were there our rooms were never serviced. No towels, toilet paper, trash emptied, bed linens changed, etc etc. We tried to call multiple times but never got an answer or anyone to come to phone. We even stopped in the lobby to ask for items but there was nobody at the desk or in the area. Very disappointing stay. We love the area but the hotel and service was lacking. We considered canceling but they said there were no refunds or cancellations allowed when we first checked in.

We were very happy with the staff and their kindness .. very professional and helping in any way . Rooms were very clean and if you needed anything it was no trouble to for them . Pool was cleaned and towels were put on the chairs every start to the morning.. beach was right there to enjoy . Plus a sand playground for little ones and toys to where other people left behind for others to enjoy . Great place .. we will definitely go there again .
