The system will then send an invite to the guest to complete the registration for their Reservation Packet and make the required payment. Guests will pick up their Reservation Packet at the Concierge desk in the lobby upon arrival. Please note: There will be a flat fee on the reservation for 60.00 plus 3.5% processing fee, and state/tourist tax. If your stay is less than 0-3 days, your quote will be adjusted to the correct fee. 3. There will be NO REFUNDS for Reservation Packets that are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

There will be a fee of $100 each to replace lost owner or guest wristbands. Broken owner or guest wristbands may be brought to the Concierge Desk in the lobby for replacement at no charge.
