Relax on your private balcony just above the white sandy beaches, and enjoy the calm salty breezes and soothing sounds of the waves lapping against the shore. The main bedroom and the open floor plan of the kitchen, living area, and dining room overlook these same gorgeous Gulf views and offer access to the balcony. Your well-equipped kitchen prepares you to cook or bake anything you desire. A washer/dryer is also included for your convenience.

If you're looking for endless entertainment and the best sales in Panama City Beach, Pier Park is less than a mile walk away and offers shopping, dining, and entertainment for the whole family. Experience up-close animal encounters at Gulf World, one and a half miles away. However, if all of this isn't enough, downtown Panama City Beach is only six miles away, and there you will find plenty of family-friendly entertainment at WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Race City, and Cobra Adventure Park. Local dining favorites are also less than a mile from your getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
