THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
Only one elevator will be available through April 30, 2023 while they are being replaced.

Loved it!
This unit was updated, clean, and conveniently located near the elevator. The view from the balcony was perfect. It had typical wear and tear from regular use, but that is expected. The complex as a whole was great, and everyone was friendly. We hope to stay here again!

There were a lot of things that needed updating.. walls were are scuffed. Furniture was in bad shape Chair in bedroom was stained. One of the outside chairs were broke. Baseboards were and inside of stove were dirty. We had to buy toilet cleaner for toilet. Staff was very nice and ocean view was great.

Not what I expected
I’ve used vrbo for many years and this was my first bad experience. The condo was dirty upon arrival and the overall condition was very dated and poor quality. When I talked to management about the uncleanliness, leftover food under the couch, black mold like dirt where you grip to slide open doors, windows and mirrors all smeared....., they said housekeeping would call and come but I never heard from anyone again. I had a three year old touching everything so I had to clean myself. We put towels on upholstery furniture to sit because the dirtiness was so visible. Would never rent or recommend this property.

Perfect getaway condo!
We absolutely LOVED our condo!! It was the perfect location! Close to the action, close to parks, close to pier, etc. We got to watch the dolphins feeding each morning from our balcony! Condo was clean, spacious, and looked EXACTLY like listing. Only complaint we had was the beds are in desperate need of an upgrade. Very uncomfortable. Could be a deal breaker for the next time we come to PCB.

Unit was clean but is showing wear. Needs new sofa and chair.
It would have been nice to leave notes for the maintenance as the light bulb over the master and the lamp next to the sofa were burnt out. One of the tupperwares was cracked too but we left a note on it. Enjoyed our stay! Will be back.

Will not stay in this unit again.
Good location and easy beach access. Our room had many cosmetic flaws, an outlet was broken, the tub spout was loose, The master bedroom comforter had something on it like snot or well you can figure it out(we had to wash it first before we used it), we also had to wash some of the pans before we used them, and the fridge was a little smaller than hoped with no ice maker and the light was out. There was no patio table and a patio chair was broken. One elevator was not working one of the days we were there which made for an extremely long wait. Just not up to par for what we paid. We have had way better condos for the same or less price for the same week. They were painting the exterior when we were there. One morning they painted the exterior of our door. We didn’t know it and my son ruined a $60 brand new shirt. We talked with the receptionist and she said the manager would talk to us. We are still waiting for that call. We had people above our balcony flip ashes from cigarettes and I do believe marijuana on us as well as pistachio shells. I have never given a bad review and generally do not complain, but this unit was just mediocre at best, and to me not worth the price we paid for it.
