Clean but needs updating
The property is great however only two elevators were working which caused long wait times for them .. our condo was clean, great view but the furniture was outdated , and badly needs replaced. Other than those things we had a great time at emerald beach!

Problem the whole time
Had issue took forever to resolve communication sucks. There is no on site to take care of issue. Have to call and wait for ever. Will stay somewhere else unless you take care of the problem.

Definitely would not stay here- needs major updates
Called Friday night (the day we checked in), again sat and tues- No one came to check on anything- bathroom shower leaks into bedroom (carpet was soaked all week), 3 of the pools were closed, 2 of the hot tubes were closed, window doesn’t lock (had to buy a bar for security) roaches in the kitchen, you have to plunge the toilet every time you use it- major plumbing issues and they were suppose to refund part of the stay since they couldn’t move us but still has not credited my account- I have video and photos that i sent to them Friday- property manager Devin Never showed up!

The condo I stayed at had a beautiful view
the condo was very outdated, old TVs my bathroom had a pile of black hair on it,very limited utensils, 2 skillets and 1 pan I was going to start the dishwasher and it didnt work, there was a broom and no dust pan, I really like staying at Emereld beach resort but I would not stay at that condo again. For what a person is charged it should have been better.

Do not book this place!
Started with the wrong code to get into the garage. Had to call the management to get the code. We were in a line of folks, so glad they helped us out. Otherwise, we would have had to back out of the garage entrance. So embarrassing!!! The place had not been cleaned, or vacuumed. There was a dirty soap bar with a hair on it in the shower. The toilet in the second bath doesn’t flush properly. The king bedspread looked like someone swiped Cheeto fingers on it. I thought I’d use the blanket, but it had tomato sauce and seeds on it. The towels all had grease stains on them...decided to wash a few of those so we could use them. There were not enough dishes and flatware for use at a meal. The floors were so dirty and carpet so nasty, we kept our shoes on the entire time. Not sure when the pictures were taken, but it is very out dated. The view was great, but do not book this space! The local manager was very friendly and apologetic, but the cleanliness was awful. Hoping the promise to refund the cleaning fee is upheald.

Condo was neglected. Toilet leaked at in coming line. Repairman spent 4 hours to fix. Still leake
Microwave keep shutting off if used more than 5 minutes. Toilet had leak that ran on floor repairman tried to fix. We put buctet Uber it. Dead bolt on master room to balcony was falling out they repaired when fixing toilet. Outside light on balcony had bare wires they fixed also. Carpets were stained old and grad kids all had black feet from it. Master bath bath tub had 18 by 18 inch crack x shaped on outside marble and had tape over it. One Stove burner did not fit was wrong size and was slanted one side stuck up.

Girls weekend
The unit is as pictured. The complex is very big. My only complaints would be that there were no kitchen linens and not enough flatware. Also, the door leading out onto the balcony was very hard to open although, that could be for safety reasons. Overall, it was very nice and I would definitely rent the unit again.
