Comfortable and Clean with amazing view.

My Family and I have been traveling to PCB for the last 12 years and this condo was by far the cleanest and most comfortable condo that we have rented. This will be our go to condo for our next vacation.

Fantastic Family Vacation Rental

We loved our first trip to Panama City Beach and this incredible space had a lot to do with it. The views were spectacular from the condo! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool along with many local restaurants and amenities. The space was clean, comfortable, and the decor fit the beach perfectly. We would definitely consider a return trip to this property! What a great spot for a family friendly vacation.

Cleaniest vacation home ever!!

This was our first vacation in 5yrs without kids or grandkids and we loved our “home-away-from-home” vacation rental!! Super clean everywhere (I tried to find dust😉). Owners really thought of everything we needed …my favorite was space in the pantry for our food, and tabs for the dishwasher. My husband loved the usb slots in the bedroom lamps. Cute towel animals decorated our bed. For a rental, it has been very well taken care of, no broken chairs or kitchen items! The view from the beach was breath taking, we had a few cold days but we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the waves and the sun…we will definitely be back again!!

Fabulous condo!

Everything was perfect at this lovely condo. The owners went out of their way to make sure you had everything you need. Detailed instructions on how to navigate Emerald Coast Resort, amenities, etc. leave no guess work. We’ve stayed at many condos and cabins thru the years. This is definitely a 5 star.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved this condo! Being right on the beach is so convenient! We had ZERO problems with them elevator (we were worried bc it's such a big building). It was me, my husband and our 3 kids and the size was perfect for all of us. The manager was always quick to reply to my questions which is great! I did score the neighborhood a 3 only bc the beach front road is extremely busy. It took us over 15 minutes to go 1.5 miles. But there's plenty of things within walking distance! I highly recommend this property the view is amazing!

Absolutely PERFECT!!! Everything was clean, location was perfect,the resort itself had alot of accommodations such as food and a bar...andddd starbucks,elevators were fast....the only thing I wish was a little different is I wish there were more storage for clothes. It was just me and my husband so it was not a big deal at all,but if we were to come back with the kids my only concern would be where would we put their clothes at (without them being in the way)because I only noticed one dresser....I also love that they had beach chairs,toys and umbrellas ..that saved alot of $$$ for us...!!!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo for our stay,we can't wait to come back!!! 🌞🌞 thank you,thank you thank youuuuu!!!

Breath Taking Views

This is a beautiful condo and Suzi, the owner, was the best communicator we have ever rented from! Her directions for getting into the garage, to checking in, to which elevator to take were top notch! The views from the balcony are amazing, we watched dolphins in the morning right out in front of the condo. A walk out on the Pier is a must, we saw Sea Turtles, Dolphins, Hammerhead Sharks, and more. A short walk to Runaway Island for fresh seafood at sunset is another must do. Already planning our next trip and we've only been home for 1 day!!!

Great Vacation Spot

Communication with the property owners was very good and quick to respond. The unit was very clean and welcoming for our family with a wonderful view. The elevators were actually pretty fast as compared to other hotels. Only negative was the beach side pool was under construction, but we were informed by the owners of this prior to going. The resort had another pool and gaming area for kids. The Skybridge bar was nice to unwind and have some adult beverages while listening to karaoke on a couple nights. Great place to stay and centrally located.
