Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1804, your dream beachfront escape in the heart of Panama City Beach! This newly remodeled, 3 bed/2 bath oceanfront condo is located just steps from the beach, making it the perfect spot for your next vacation. With 10-foot ceilings and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, every moment spent here is a treat.

Start your day with complimentary beach chair service for two, available from March 15th to October 31st. Imagine relaxing in your own reserved lounge chairs under an umbrella, with the sound of the waves as your backdrop—no need to worry about setting up, it’s all done for you!

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully updated space that comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The oceanfront master suite features a King-size bed, offering a great night sleep on the large memory foam bed with direct views of the sparkling waters. The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, while the bunk room—complete with a single over double bed and a door for added privacy—ensures the little ones can rest peacefully. The living room’s Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space with an unbeatable beachfront view.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying a family dinner. The open-concept living and dining areas offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together, with large windows that bring the beach right into your living room.

Upon arrival, you’ll have everything you need to access the resort’s amenities, including convenient parking under the building. There is a $40 fee per car (2 car maximum allowed) due to the facility prior to arrival. After your booking you'll be sent instructions on how to complete this.

Great Place on the Beach
It's a wonderful property - right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We stayed with our four kids (ages 10-14), and it was perfect. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location with Some Areas for Improvement**
The location of this condo was fantastic, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities we wanted. We enjoyed our stay overall, thanks to the convenience of the location. However, there were a few areas that could use some attention. When we arrived, the condo was left open, which was concerning. Additionally, it was not as clean as we had hoped, with hair, sand, and chocolate on various surfaces. We had to do some cleaning ourselves to feel comfortable. The balcony door in the living room was also quite hard to open, which was a bit inconvenient. Communication with the owners was less than ideal. They were slow to respond or sometimes didn’t respond at all, which made it challenging when we had questions or concerns. Additionally, this was the loudest condo I've ever stayed in. The walls were so thin that we could hear whispers from the other room, which affected our overall comfort. On a positive note, the property itself felt very safe, which was reassuring. Despite these issues, the excellent location helped us make the most of our trip. With improvements in cleanliness, communication, and soundproofing, this condo could be a great place to stay.

Propery was just as advertised. Owner answered all questions promptly and gave us all info needed in a very timely manner. One of the best experiences I've had with a property from booking all the way to check out. Very clean and well maintained condo and property. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was amazing. It was the perfect place for my husband and three kids who are 14, 16 and 17. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and having two chairs reserved for us every day was a great perk. The pool and hot tubs were great. Not just the condo, but the entire place was very clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay there again.

Review The resort: Due to recovering from a broken ankle, i picked this property because the garage is under the condos rather than across the street. Also, the elevators are indoor. The pool area is well maintained. There’s a million condos in town and these little things make this particular building great. Location: Close to everything thing far away from the party side of town. Look at the local calendar though and avoid Ironman weekends because it was packed with participants who do not care if they run you over (literally run) The unit: We had more room than we ever thought! The view of course is amazing, the beds are memory foam and a delight. There are lamps, which maybe a weird 80s kid thing but we like using side lamps for lighting rather than “the big light”. A TV in every bedroom plus living room for downtime. Beach supplies available. Extra pillows and blankets. The owners: communication was amazing! Code was provided, questions were answered, personalized service for my stay. Overall: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Can’t wait for next trip!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo
This trip was a girls trip for my daughter. We had a Wonderful stay and the location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. The property was very well kept. Security was onsite and everyone was very nice. The complimentary beach chairs were a plus as well. The weather was beautiful every day of our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

The direct communication with the owners was fabulous! We have no complaints other than the elevators kept messing up but it happens. It’s been our families favorite beach vacation so far. Would for sure stay here again and hopefully we get the chance too.

Been staying at sunrise since it opened many years ago & some of the unit is are outdated but not this one. It’s been beautifully remodeled. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable & of course the view is stunning. The owners are friendly, super helpful & responsive & just a joy to work with. Highly recommend this property!!

Lazy beach vacation!
We were looking for a lazy beach vacation and we got that. The condo was the perfect size for us. The location and view can’t be beat. The kids loved the heated pool and we were walking distance to family friendly restaurants! Tim and Sharon are amazing hosts! We didn’t need much once we were there, but they were phenomenal before our trip. The hosts alone made the trip worth it, but the view helped seal the deal ;)

This property is the most updated & well appointed condo I’ve stayed in at Sunrise out of multiple stays in this building. It’s very clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds & den furniture. Dining table is plenty big for 6 adults & more room at the oversized bar if needed.!Owners we’re very responsive & easy to communicate with. Great stay, will return.
