This is a one bedroom condo with a bunk room and two full bath unit with a gorgeous panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the large balcony which is perfect for morning coffee, meals and evening cocktails while you watch the dolphins swim by and the pelicans diving for fish.

I would like to welcome you to my little slice of paradise located in the heart of Panama City Beach! Laketown Wharf has an onsite fitness center, 5 pools, 1 of which is heated and another is geared toward kids, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq. ft. of lakefront boardwalk, onsite restaurants, putting green and easy access to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches right across the street. Don't miss the fountain light show every night lakeside!
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need including a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is spacious and open and offers a sleeper sofa.

CHECK IN TIME: Check in time is after 4:00 pm. Housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:00. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.
CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS

GUETS MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF OCCUPANTS AND THE VEHICLE MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE, AND PICK THEM UP AT THE FRONT DESK AT CHECK IN. LINK TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL WILL BE EMAILED TO GUEST UPON CONFIRMED RESERVATION. IF PURCHASED ONSITE AT ARRIVAL, THE CHARGE IS HIGHER
