Simply amazing

This was our first time staying at this location. The room was great, we loved being on the 2nd floor over the pool. We had great access to the beach as well and the amazing Schooners. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Our kids had the best time at the pools and beach. They also made several friends. It was just all around a great experience and everything we hoped for. We will definitely be coming back!

This room was really nice and close to everything. The kitchen was a bit small if you cook but it is a great 1 bedroom condo!!! We had everything we needed to begin and end the week . I will definitely try to rent this room again!!

May stay - noisy unit

The condo was noisy and my wake up was 6:30ish everyday. Also it would be helpful if instructions were given that the garage code is used on every entry. I had a maintenance person want entry in the condo to inspect the deck on two occassions. I was in the shower on the first entry and requested at the office that they wait until I left which was within a couple days. Another attempted entry was while I was dressing to go to the beach. At the very least I should have had prior notification so that it wasn't a startling experience. It isn't the maintenance staff's error it is whoever is scheduling. The unit was very clean and I appreciate the staff for their hard work.

Fast response from property manager

There were minor issues of needing blankets, missing parking decals and such but this was promptly handled by the property manager. We had no unresolved issues. This is our favorite condo to stay in when vacationing in PCB

Room was not ready at check-in. We were at the door at the same time as cleaning crew. However, the property manager did give a discount for the inconvenience. Kitchen was very well equipped. View was the best part of the room!
