Great family getaway!
This place is located in the best location! The beach access is the best!! Everything was great, kids loved the bunk rooms. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were a little small but overall it was a cute, comfortable place to stay! to stay!

Family Vacation
Unit was well maintained and big enough to accommodate our family of 7. Overall 4 out of 5 and would stay again. Just some points to consider, when saying own personal private beach access may want to try to enforce that. Was definitely over populated with public access and those from the splash pad three towers that neighbored the Sea Gulls. Most took up camp right in front of all the chairs and umbrellas set up for Sea Gulls guests.

Long Mother’s Day Weekend
We have celebrated Mother's Day in PCB for many years but this time we were joined by 3 family members from Arizona. It was their first to to the Gulf, and this was the PERFECT rental for our group of 7. Beautifully decorated, great lay out, and the best feature is the ability to walk off the patio and right on to the beach. Loved this place!

The overall stay was amazing!!! The location is perfect. Host is very responsive. It was a very quiet and relaxing experience. Cleaning crew needs to do a much better job, but overall it’s a cute place to stay. Bed was comfy!

Nice property, cleaning service needs work
This is a really nice property and the owners have spent a lot of money and used nice finishes. It is a shame the cleaning crew isn’t doing a good job. The place was pretty dirty. There was a lot of trash left all over the unit and we found some dirty laundry left by previous guests, which is pretty gross. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location, location, location! It was relatively quiet and peaceful. Property was everything the listing stated. It was clean, comfortable, just steps from the beach. The owner was kind and sweet. We will be looking at this property again for future rentals.

Wonderful!
The property was just wonderful. It was right on the beach and we spent every minute on the beach. The home was very clean and accommodated all our needs. The Bunkbed room was the perfect touch for the kids. The home is also located to everything you need within minutes. They let us know before we even started packing to bring our own beach towels and what businesses would be open on a holiday. Their communication is top notch and very punctual. We put up decorations to prevent damage but the home is nicely decorated. I would highly recommend them. We will rent again from them.

The location and proximity to the beach is fantastic (while it is next to high-rise condos, the beach directly in front of this condo unit is reserved for those staying in the condo which is awesome!). It is a cute place and the space is maximized for comfort and convenience. Communication with the owner was good and the issue we had was addressed immediately. There are sliding doors for the bedrooms, restrooms, and bunk nook. These don't provide as much privacy as a latching door but this did not negatively affect our group. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was okay. Kitchen was rather small and hard to move around in. For a place that has 2 sets of bunk beds, the kitchen items were limited as to what "kid" ware there was - hardly any. The most difficult part was the stove - after reading that guide book 3 or more times, it comes down to that the induction stove top will NOT work unless the pan used fits that burner. And the kitchen is lacking in pans that fit those burners...only 1 pan was usable. Makes any cooking difficult. Having stayed in many condos/houses in PCB, I don't feel the place was worth the high cost.

This was a great place to stay at a great location with a section of the beach closed off just for the Seagull townhouses. The elevator was a plus to help with luggage going up stairs.

Everything about this property was nice, it was easy to find and only minutes away from so many things. It was clean and beautiful inside. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that it was only steps from the beach. The infrared stove was a little different but we figured it out and the elevator was very nice to have. The a/c had something going on on our last full day but it only took a very short amount of time for the issue to be handled. Also, I accidentally left a blanket there that has sentimental value and I'm currently working to get that blanket back. Really good place to stay.

Overall great week. Might want to inform guests to make sure to hit the lock button on the door panel to lock the front door. Door doesn't lock just by closing it shut.
