Condo check in and misrepresentation of property conditions
The current listing does not represent current conditions. The pictures in the list are out dated. Condo was not clean upon arrival. Dirty bathroom towels were hanging on the back of the front bathroom door. Only 2 wash clothes for 5 people. You can't program the A/C below 70 because of people leaving the balcony door open. However the balcony door is missing the door lock, which lets allot of outside air into the condo. Balcony chair cushions, and sectional cushions in living room badly stained. Bathroom toilets didn't flush well, and sink clogged in MB. Water leaked on MB floor from the shower door every time when used. No curtains in living room for privacy at night. Front bathroom tub has crack and the shower rod is bowed (could fall). Paint is peeling off the kitchen cabinets. Had to clean the Keurig before use due to mold. Inside the oven looks like it has never been cleaned. The ceiling fan in the kids bedroom is falling down. The room was hot at night, we did find a standing fan to use. Ceiling vents in some of the rooms had condensation and black mold around the edges. Crack in the kitchen ceiling. There is a crack inside the refrigerator, and is not very cooled. The entire condo needs a fresh coat of paint. The listing does not mention you will have to purchase a parking pass of $40 per car. Also need to purchase pool pass since there were none in the condo. If you arrive on a Saturday the HOA office is not open until Monday to purchase your pool pass.
