You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This condo only rents Saturday-Saturday after Memorial weekend located at the Summit until the first Saturday of August. This been completely updated. It features a king-size bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds hin the hallway, and a queen-size leather sofa and leather rocking recliner in the living room.

Furnished with a TV/DVD/VCR in the living room and the bedroom, mirrored walls, private telephone line with answer phone, and fully-furnished kitchen. This unit has a washer/dryer in the unit. Large balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf.

This second floor unit has been updated with new kitchen cabinets, furniture,washer/dryer, etc

For the comfort of all our guests, this is a Non-Smoking unit and No Pets are allowed except Service Dogs. Only rents checking In Saturday and checking out the following Saturday. These dates are from after Memorial weekend. Strictly weekly until the second Saturday after the first week in August.

ONLY SLEEPS FOUR

Let's cut straight to the chase here, that sofa bed sleeps NO ONE. So this place works great for a couple in the bedroom and two kids in the bunks. It is very clean and well stocked. It smelled heavily of mildew for the first 12 hours, but after airing it out it was fine. We enjoyed our stay. Really, the owner needs to spring for a new sleeper sofa and then it will sleep six again. But as the third adult (and a small one at that) in the party who was too old for a claustrophobic bunk, I had to sleep on the floor. Also, the sofa is massively uncomfortable to sit on as well. Luckily the dining chairs were very comfortable. The price was reasonable, or I'd give it a lower rating.

Nice clean condo

The condo was great and the view of the gulf was great. The only problem I had was the elevators. Only two were working at the time of check out which made it hard to leave. That being said it was Fourth of July weekend and the place was packed.

Stove doesn’t work

The listing showed the stove had an error message but if you hit cancel it would still work. We went and spent over $200 on groceries and the stove/oven never worked. I messages Myra, it was in July 4th so I didn’t get a response til the next day. Maintenance came out and said they couldn’t fix it and we’re going to call her back. I let her know what was said, she said she was calling Lowe’s. I never heard back from her so not only did the groceries get wasted but we had to spend a ton more money because we couldn’t cook. I never received an apology etc for all of the money that was just wasted. I should have received some type of compensation for the HUGE inconvenience. For that reason alone I’ll never stay again. Besides that, the room was decent, could use a good deep clean and upgrades but overall wasn’t bad. It was on floor 2, so it made it easier to get to when the elevators were busy. Nice setup outside with tiki bar and bikini bobs. Just hate we wasted so much more money, I would have chose a different condo had I know upfront I wouldn’t be able to cook. When you’re feeding a family of 5, that makes a huge difference.

Absolutely love the location! Walking distance to a lot of attractions for the kids, especially teenagers. The owner was really sweet and easy to communicate with. The beach chairs included in the rental were really convenient. We enjoyed our week! Thank you so much!!

Overall a good experience

There were 6 of us together. 2 adult couples, a single adult and one 12 year old. Good location to walk to nearby places. 2nd floor is great accept when you do need elevator to haul stuff, expect a wait! Unit was clean and stocked with dishes we needed. The sofa bed is unusable! That couple had to have someone sleeping on couch itself and the other on the rollaway bed. There is no working fan in the shower area and that space is very small. There is also nowhere to hang wet towels from the shower for the bedroom side. Make sure you get beach gate code for after hours as that was not given to me and never received message back from owner with it. Thankfully the lobby gave it to us. Overall we had a good family getaway and were comfortable enough with the adjustments we made.

Are host was great, but only problem is the property was over ran with cats, cats everywhere in the grill area. This made us eat out more. But over all it was nice. ( never talked to the property manager that's way the score is low)

I really cant say enough good things about this condo. From location to amenities to cleanliness was above expectation. Condo was stocked with everything you need. Bed super comfy too. Myra was an absolute sweetheart! She gave us excellent dining recommendations and was always available. We will definitely be back!

Baseball Trip

The check in process was easy, we were right on the beach. The condo smelled musty and still was dirty from the last people. The owner doesn’t rent to college students but everyone else in the condo does. Overall we enjoyed our stay the chair rental was awesome because we didn’t have to lug chairs back and forth. I would stay again just not over spring break.

Love the second floor location.

Avoiding the elevators is gold. Myra is super responsive. Be sure to take a pic of the WiFi network and password in the lobby when you get your parking pass. The six of us had a great beach vacation!
