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

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ MUST BE 25 TO RENT: WE ARE TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE THAT HAVE A SMALLER BUDGET BY NOT MAKING OUR RENTALS A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM. THE ONLY WAY WE CAN DO THIS THOUGH IS BY HAVING RENTERS EITHER BUTT THEIR RENTAL UP TO ANOTHER RENTAL OR LEAVE AT LEAST A 3 NIGHT GAP BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR STAY. WE CANNOT RENT THE UNIT FOR 1 OR 2 NIGHTS SO IF YOU CANNOT BUTT UP TO ANOTHER STAY OR LEAVE A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT GAP BEFORE OR AFTER PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AS IT WILL BE CANCELLED. Great place
Very nice condo with great views. Very close to Pier Park shopping and restaurants. The owner is awesome, very fast to respond to any questions or issues. Thank you for a great stay.

Condo was nice and in a great location. Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, but we made it work.. Also, 3 of the 5 beach chairs that were in the condo were broken. To be clear, I believe these chairs were left by previous renters and not the owner. We went ahead and bought 5 more chairs and left them there for future guests to use. We enjoyed our trip and were happy with where we stayed.

The best part was this amazing condominium room 409W at Calypso. The view was amazing and the rooms were very clean comfortable and beautifully decorated! The is 5 Stars ⭐️ all the way!

BEST CONDO EVER
We had an absolutely amazing time and the condo was absolutely PERFECT! My parents really enjoyed the balcony and the chairs were so comfy! It made for morning coffee so relaxing! The location of the unit was perfect with an absolutely gorgeous view! It was clean and smelt good! The walk to the beach was perfect. The beds were a little hard could use a pillow topper to them but seriously it wasn’t a deal breaker! We plan on definitely coming back! Thank you!!!!

This was by far the best location. I’ve been to Panama a few times now and this is the best area to stay. Walking distance from the main attractions. The unit was awesome! Clean, nice furniture, everyone had their own restroom. I couldn’t have ask for more. The view was awesome. I was 100% satisfied. Can’t wait to rent again.

Wonderful Beach location!
The corner location of the end unit was wonderful. Right on the beach close to the pier. It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I hope we can return soon! We had a wonderful time!

We had some issues at first with the wrong condo # being listed on our paper which took a bit to get straightened out, but Nikki did a fantastic job getting it straightened out for us. Location and condo were great. Plenty of room for 5 of us.

BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED IN PANAMA CITY BEACH
WE HAVE BEEN TO PANAMA CITY BEACH FOR 20 YEARS NOW AND THIS WAS THE BEST CONDO WE'VE EVER STAYED AT. THE VIEWS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ( ESPECIALLY THE SUNSETS FROM THE BALCONY OR COUCH) , THE UNIT NICELY DECORATED AND CLEAN AND JUST AS IT STATES WE NEVER USED THE CAR AFTER PARKED AND WALKED TO PIER PARK TO EAT, SHOP AND PLAY.
