Here on the shores of Panama City Beach, you'll have access to multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, a children's splash area, a well-appointed fitness center, and a barbecue area - all mere steps from the beach and free seasonal chair-and-umbrella service.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, tile floors, and glass doors that frame majestic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Slide those doors open and step out onto the balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh air, dine alfresco at breakfast, or bring your evening cocktails. The living room has plush leather furnishings and a TV, while the adjacent dining room table has ample seating for mealtime and nightly card games. In the kitchen, you'll find white appliances, beautiful countertops, and a peninsula breakfast bar.
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a private washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and towels, and a TV in each of the three bedrooms. There's a seasonally heated pool and hot tub on the east side of the fifth-floor pool deck, another pool and hot tub on the west side, and a children's water play area in the center. The 2,000-square-foot gym has stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights, TVs, and a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
