Sterling Breeze offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including a hot tub, a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), a gym, and direct access to the white sand beach. Also on the grounds is a snack bar/grill that serves delicious food and beverages. You'll be a half-mile stroll from Pier Park, where you'll find theme-park-style attractions, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The condo is also only one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark.
THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Seasonal, complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) provided March through October. Please see the beach attendant for details.
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 12.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
