Bring the newspaper outside to the balcony overlooking the beach, and spend your days enjoying Tidewater Beach Resort's many amenities, including free seasonal beach service, multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, an arcade, a movie theater, and a gym with a sauna and steam room.

Pier Park is just over half a mile down the road, where you'll find 124 stores, restaurants and eateries, an IMAX movie theater, and countless other forms of entertainment. Head to Gulf World for a marine life encounter or Swampy Jack’s Wongo Adventure for amusement rides and go-karts. Downtown Panama City Beach is six miles east, as are Ripley's, ZooWorld, WonderWorks, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.

The unit was nice but definitely could have been cleaner. The view was absolutely gorgeous however the elevator situation is a complete disaster. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get on the elevator upon arrival to get to our room. The process you have to go through to get a luggage cart is also ridiculous you have to give them your drivers license to get a cart then you get it back when you return it which would be ok if it weren’t for the elevator situation. Check in was easy and the people were polite.

The condo was beautiful and plenty of room. The elevator was terrible. One time we had to wait 45.
The condo, beach and pools were nice. The only bad thing was the elevators. We were on the 19th floor and had to use the elevators. If I go back I will get a condo on a lower floor or not stay at the resort. Get ready to wait for elevators. Also, they were small and hot. Also, the hut for assigned chairs and umbrellas were never opened on time. We would wait in line for 45 to an hour for them to open. The city is clean and plenty to do. Family friendly beach and resort.

Lovely stay, except for
The resort was in a great location and had all the necessary amenities that my family needed. The only major problem were the elevators! Maybe because there are so many floors that the wait for an elevator took a horrendous amount of time. Or it could have been that we stayed during a peek travel time. At any rate, we really enjoyed ourselves.
