Your entire group will be able to enjoy the stunning views of the beach from the furnished balcony, which is also accessible via the main bedroom. A double sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space. And everyone can relax in central air-conditioning, plus there's a ceiling fan in each room to maximize comfort. Cook up something delicious in the full kitchen outfitted with full size appliances, useful small appliances like a toaster and mixer, and an expansive countertop with seating to eat a quick meal on the other side. A private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits while you relax. As part of your stay, enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a fitness room. The beach awaits!

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than a mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over four miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. You'll be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both just five-and-a-half miles away). Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under seven miles from this condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
