One of the best views around! Enjoy the breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the roomy balcony. But the amenities don't stop there. This vacation rental features a large living area with hardwood tile flooring and cozy furniture along with a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. There are three bedrooms which include the spacious master bedroom where the bed is facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is room and privacy for the whole family. Not only will you have a relaxing stay in this home, but you will also have all the comforts of home. Many upgraded extras include stainless steel appliances, hardwood tile flooring and ceramic tile throughout, brand new patio furniture, and TVs in all bedrooms and living.

Everything you need is nearby with Pier Park, shops and restaurants less than a mile away. Enjoy the resort pool, heated seasonally, hot tub, exercise and fitness room and so much more.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
There is SHARED outdoor grill across the street from the property.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Anniversary Get Away
It was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and was located in the best area! It was quiet, quick access to shopping and dining, and perfect view of the pier. The sand was sugary white and water was crystal clear. It was the perfect get away to celebrate our anniversary.

The property was very nice, front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The actual unit was nice enough but there were little things like the microwave door was broken, the silverware holder in the dishwasher was broken, paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower, the sliding glass door handle was loose making it difficult to open the door from the outside, broken outlet cover in the bathroom, etc. These were just little things that did not affect our stay in any way, however for the money that we were charged I did not expect so many "little things".

Nice stay
Great location. Very loud due to the main road being so busy. Place was nice, living room furniture not the most comfy and handle to the sliding door to get to the balcony needs to be fixed or replaced. The bedroom furniture seems to big for the space in the bedroom got a few bruises from bumping into the edges of the bed. Over all nice vacation.

This facility is extremely clean, probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in! The pool was cleaned daily, pool chairs were kept clean, and the elderly man that greated is every time we went to the pool was so nice¡ They go above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking and called and checked on us twice while we were here to make sure we were pleased. We had a wonderful time and would definately stay here again

Hurricane review
We survived hirricane sally! We had a great time despite the hurricane. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. We did think beach chairs were included but apparently they arent. There are only 2 elevators and one was down so being on the 10th floor, we had to use patience waiting for an elevator many times. We would stay here again with hopefully better weather!

Very clean and spacious condo
We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and checked on us several times to ensure we are pleased with our stay. The property was VERY clean and abiding by all safety guidelines for Covid. Loved that the building is so close to the beach unlikes some other hotels where you have to walk forever to get to the beach! The pool is so nice and the restaurant by the pool makes fabulous drinks and food! The unit we stayed in was well maintained, stocked appropriately and we will definitely stay here again if available

Beautiful condo!
The condo was beautiful, and very clean. I loved the decor, and the view from the balcony is amazing! The master bedroom had a comfy bed, and everything was as pictured. The staff were all very friendly, and we had a fantastic vacation. The only downfall, there is a large drain pipe on the beach in front of the Sterling Breeze. It takes away from the view a little, but has nothing to do with this unit itself though.
