Set your sights on the perfect beach getaway at Emerald Escape in Prominence. Situated between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and right across the street from The Hub, you’ll be right in the middle of everything 30A has to offer!

Emerald Escape is a lovely townhome with three bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. Beautifully furnished and decorated with impeccable taste, local art accentuates this coastal retreat designed for relaxation and comfort.  The spacious family room features plenty of comfortable seating with an open living-dining room concept. The kitchen is a chef's dream with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island, great for entertaining family and friends. Upstairs, guests will find three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest suite features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom accommodates a queen as well. You’ll also find a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. A garage protects vehicles from the elements and affords plenty of space for all.

Walk to The Hub, located right in the Prominence community, with shops and eateries, live music, and movies for the whole family. Whether you’re a sun seeker, an avid shopper, or an outdoor enthusiast, you’ll find Emerald Escape in Prominence to be an excellent start to the perfect getaway!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Golf carts are allowed in this neighborhood, although carts can only be rented through 30A Golf Carts per HOA regulations. Please reach out for more information.

Lovely property
The property was lovely! We also appreciated the cleanliness. The other issues we had were confusion on the actual unit letter and gnats. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great Location, Poor Experience
Beautiful home and the management company was very responsive. Our two families showed up and immediately discovered dog hair everywhere. Not a huge deal normally, but we were traveling with a baby that just started crawling. Anyone who sat in a couch or layer on the floor was covered. The internet never worked and if you’ve been to this area, cell service is non existent. Two of us planned on working remotely, but it was impossible. Dish washer never worked and the dryer stopped working. on day one. We love this location and love the homes (we stay here every year), but this was a less than desirable experience, especially considering the cost.

Perfect getaway
We had a wonderful week in this home away from home! The condo met all of our needs and was in an excellent location. We loved having a golf cart to ride to the beach or go eat at the close and convenient Hub shopping center. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities were great! Would definitely rent again! 💗

It was pretty good
We could not get into the public beach on Mother’s Day, not even by foot. Someone came banging on the door one night. I got severe neck pain from pillow. Golf cart was junky. Decor is lovely and place was clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The property manager was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine. It was repaired within two hours of our reporting it while we were at the beach. The golf cart was a nice bonus, and made short trips fun for the family. The property was clean and well-appointed. Location was convenient to the Hub and not a bad golf-cart drive to the beach. Recommend renting beach chairs and umbrellas, so there is less to carry. Overall an extremely positive experience. Would definitely return.
