Walk next door to M.B. Miller County Fishing Pier to try your luck hooking a mackerel, cobia, or pompano. If you get lucky, take advantage of the grills on the complex’s sky terrace to grill up your own tasty seafood dinner.

A leather sofa and love-seat set the scene for relaxation and comfort in the living area. In the evening, settle in to watch your favorite shows on DirectTV. Prepare favorite foods in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of helpful appliances. Two well-furnished bedrooms offer cozy spots to lay your head. A bonus bit of knowledge for our guests...pre-arrival grocery shop online at Panama City Beach Publix, Walmart, or use CondoCierge. All three will deliver groceries to your condo at a convenient time you schedule. CondoCierge will even deliver and stock your kitchen prior to arrival.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
