Boogie Board Inn is a fun, family friendly home that has been newly renovated top to bottom. Our guests like being able to walk across the street to Bellview Park with its heated pool, park, tennis and pickle ball courts. It is a short 2 min. stroll to the beach, to the downtown shops or to attend special community events.

You will love all that this private, gated community has to offer including three pools, an 11 acre lake and a bell tower at the center of the village. Its 35 bells announcing the quarter hour with seasonal melodies create a serenity that is hard to beat. One visit and you are hooked. Carillon is a special place.

Unlike Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Seacrest, Seagrove Beach and many other communities along 30-A, Carillon Beach is a gated community south of highway 98. With no busy roads to traverse, you and the kids are free to walk, ride bikes and enjoy this secure, pedestrian friendly, gulf front village.

Boogie Board Inn is a two-story home that sleeps eight with bedrooms on both the main and 2nd level. The "Inn" has a professionally decorated yet comfortable interior. The new open concept gourmet kitchen and main living area are perfect for bringing the whole family together.

You will appreciate the attention to every detail. A custom crafted lighthouse lights the way on the stairs to the second floor where you will find two master bedrooms(King and Queen-size beds), each with a private and spacious bathroom, vaulted ceilings and original artwork. A third nautical theme bedroom (Queen-size bed) and private bath with tub rounds out the upstairs accommodations.

Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed that overlooks a beautiful fountain and patio sitting area. This bedroom is perfect for the teenager who needs some space, the teleworker's conference calls or the grandparents who want the convenience of a main floor suite. All four bedrooms have Smart TVs with cable and streaming content access.

You will love the clean, crisp hardwood and tile floors, custom lighting, gourmet kitchen, designer furnishings and local artwork! A 60" high definition SmartTV in the living room is perfect for movie night or the big game. We offer wireless, high speed internet. The large, relaxing porch and veranda have ceiling fans and audio speakers - the backyard patio includes a picturesque fountain and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. SONOS sound system allows easy streaming of personal playlists throughout home and outdoor spaces.

Boogie Board Inn is just seven houses from the #1 dune walkover. Resort style lounge chairs and umbrella are set up daily for your exclusive use. Back at the house an outdoor shower with hot and cold faucets and dressing room make the clean-up after the beach a breeze.

Guests also have the option of using the Carillon Beach Club which offers the convenience of a pool right on the beach. There is a third pool overlooking beautiful Lake Carillon which provides a picturesque option. Bicycle rentals are available at the shops in downtown Carillon or bring your own. Golf cart rentals are available with to your door drop off and pick up.

The Northwest Florida Beaches Intl. Airport offers low cost fares with daily flights available on Southwest, Delta, and American Airlines. Boogie Board Inn is a short, 9 miles from this beautiful airport.

We had a wonderful week! The house and its furnishings were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly everything needed to prepare food for our family meals. The walk to the beach was just the right distance for the grandchildren to enjoy riding their bikes. The favorite feature of this house was the outdoor shower..even the littlest one thought it was the best after playing at the beach or swimming at the nearby pool. We hope to return for our next beach trip.

A Wonderful Find At Carillon Beach
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boogie Board Inn in Carillon Beach, Florida, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I booked, Jim, the owner, was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The location of the inn is fantastic – just a short, pleasant walk to the pristine beach. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for privacy and convenience, especially when traveling with a group. The inn itself was very clean, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The kitchen was impressively stocked with every cooking utensil, pot, and pan you could possibly need. We enjoyed preparing meals together, which saved us quite a bit on dining out. The porches were an oasis of relaxation, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The decor throughout the inn was stylish and thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy yet chic atmosphere. Finally, the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days filled with beach fun and exploration. Overall, our stay at the Boogie Board Inn was beyond wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. Beautiful community, beautiful home
Our stay at Carillon was near perfect. The house was a perfect fit, spacious, and clean. We especially enjoyed that all bedrooms had king or queen beds, there were no bunk beds and everyone was able to have a full/adult sized bed. We appreciated how clean the house was. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils, dishware and equipment. The porch furniture was comfortable and of good quality. We rented a golf cart for the week as the walk to the pool and beach, though not really far, was too far for the senior adults in our group and to far for hauling our chairs, towels, beach bags and umbrellas. It's a very nice, safe community and the grocery store is almost exactly across the street...so convenient! The rental process went smoothly. I am reluctant to mention anything negative because I really just have so much positive input on this house and location, but there is a lot of construction going on at the back of Carillon. The traffic route to and from the construction area seems to be via the street on which this house is situated. It's not that big of a deal, but it does disrupt a peaceful morning on the porch. My comment regarding the construction and increased traffic is not a reflection on our stay at this lovely home, rather, it is me wondering why the Carillon Beach Association did not consider establishing some other sort of temporary access road to the construction site that would circumvent the established neighborhood.

Wonderful Place for Peaceful Vacation
Overall our stay was great. The only issue we had was when arrived for check-in, the place had not been cleaned yet. I called the property owner and he promptly got the cleaning company on the phone and an estimated time to have it cleaned. So we went to dinner and grocery shopping and then came back to a clean house. Additionally, the property owner comp'd the cleaning fee. We were satisfied with how he remedied the issue. After the slightly rocky start, the stay couldn't have been better. Absolutely beautiful area, peaceful and quiet for family oriented vacations. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Boogie Board Inn for anyone considering this area.

Hidden paradise
Carillon beach is a beautiful family getaway. Not only is there bike rides,golf cart rides, swimming, tennis or spending the day on the beach you are close to water parks and restaurants. This gated community has everything you need for family fun .

Very well kept, nice and roomy.
Loved being close to the tennis and basketball courts as well as the main pool. The accommodations were lovely and the place is beautiful. If you want a gold cart, you need to rent one ahead of time because they sell out on busy weeks. Everything was just a lovely stay.
