The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite with a walk in shower and cute decor. The third bedroom features a unique bed set up. There's a twin bed over a queen with a twin trundle. You are walking distance from restaurants, Gulf World, Pier Park and right on the beach. The amenities include two pools (one heated October through March), hot tubs, a mushroom splash pads for the kids, a workout facility, and FREE beach chair service for two (between March and October). Parking is located UNDER the building. No need to park across the street and walk over! Watch dolphins play in the water while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. And if you happen to be here during the 4th of July or New Year's Eve, you can enjoy TWO amazing fireworks shows from both the City Pier and the County Pier, right on your balcony. Sunrise Beach is a great location! You can rent jet skis, take a banana boat ride and parasail right in front of the property. There is a snack bar onsite that's open seasonally where you can get lunch, dinner and drinks. Centrally located on Front Beach Drive, you are just a mile from Pier Park. You can walk or drive there and enjoy their shops, restaurants and the Sky Wheel. Many restaurants are less than a mile away and easily walkable - Sharky's, Runaway Island, Moe's Original Barbecue, and Diego's, just to name a few. Gulf World is just a 1/2 mile away. Your family can walk to the great aquarium and experience the daily shows and exhibits. There is also a place right across the street where you can rent golf carts. The marina is just 15 minutes away. You can charter a boat to go to Shell Island, go deep sea fishing or take a dolphin cruise. For groceries, Walmart is just a mile away. You can also choose to use CondoCierge and order your groceries ahead of time to be delivered so you can immediately start relaxing! There are lots of activities your older kids can walk to!
