BARRING DELAYS, COMPLETION IS EXPECTED IN JANUARY 2025. WORK WILL CONSIST OF INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE BUILDING REQUIRING RECOATING. DURING THIS PHASE, THE UNIT BALCONIES ARE ALSO BEING GROUND DOWN TO BARE CONCRETE, CLEANED, INSPECTED AND RECOATED. IN ADDITION...THE WESTERN OUTDOOR POOL WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME; HOWEVER, THE EASTERN INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL AND SPA WILL REMAIN OPEN. THE BOARDWALD BEACH ACCESS IS BEING REPLACED. A TEMPORARY OR ALTERNATE BEACH ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.

NOTE: BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking via a link provided upon a booking confirmation. Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.
Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period.
