The condos have every upgrade available at Ocean Reef. It boast beautiful granite counter tops. Along with all new stainless steel appliances. Gulf front pool
Pier Park is only a mile and half away and Frank Brown Park is only two miles away. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets per HOA

Two PCB landmarks are across the street. The Hidden Lagoon miniature golf course and go cart track are directly across the street. Both have been here for years. The miniature golf is the largest in PCB and the go cart track is the longest in PCB. The FunLand Arcade is across the street 100 yards down. It is the oldest and largest arcade in PCB and has a snack bar with all of the fountain ice cream treats. It has a mixture of the historic arcade items as well as the modern digital. It even has skee ball.

Ocean Reef is centrally located. You can be almost anywhere in PCB within 10-15 minutes. There is a street in front of the condo that goes directly to Back Beach Road(Highway 98) where there is a red light. You can go east or west from there. You are only a mile from middle beach road which is PCB's best kept secret. You can go anywhere east of the condo and not be in the traffic on Front Beach. The point is, you do not have to be stuck in the traffic on Front Beach unless you want to be.

Excellent rental!
Condo is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Fully stock kitchen as far as pots/pans/toater oven, stovetop and range, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Unit is beautifully decorated, quiet, and so enjoyable to sit on patio for breakfast and also in late vending for spectacular sunsets. The on-site garage parking is very tricky with narrow spaces, it take a bit of getting used to. They gentlemen at the security gates were also great sources of info regarding our stay. We were blessed by the use of an over-size beach cart, which was present in laundry room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Sea Ya At The Beach for your rental needs!

Beautiful View, Great Location
This family vacation will be remembered forever. This condo is beautiful , you can tell the owners really care about the property. It was comfortable ,beautifully decorated, has everything you need to cook or go to the beach and in the prefect location. The pool and hot tube were clean and the staff was very polite. It was a perfect family vacation. I would give it more stars if I could.

The parking deck is awful
It was hard getting in and out of the parking deck. If you are driving a SUV it takes a lot of turns and backing up just to get to the next level.

Stunning Views!
We had a perfect stay at the Ocean Reef condo in Panama City Beach! The view was spectacular, and the condo was impeccably clean and well-equipped with extras like boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella. The beds were very comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the balcony. We spent time every day on the balcony, enjoying lunch, having a drink, or reading a book. I highly recommend this place! The only downside was the parking garage, which was a bit chaotic, but that’s beyond the condo owner’s control.

We loved the condo! Very easy check in. Property owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. Easy access to Pier Park and all of the restaurants. Walking distance to Runaway Island (great food!) and to a little ice cream shop across the street. Will most definitely stay here again!

Be aware of the parking garage
Great place to stay. Beautiful view on the huge balcony. Just be aware when opening your hatchback on your suv in the parking garage because mine didn’t clear the ceiling and it caught a water line and it tore my paint off of my brand new suv.

Great place to make memories
Our family had a wonderful time here. The décor adds to a getaway at the beach and the balcony was used as much as the living area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Check in is at 4:00 and I received a call at about ten till to give me the code to get into the condo. There is only one parking spot that is reserved for the condo. There are eight additional spaces if available, we tried to use the one in the reserved spot to go do any errands, and left the other car in the additional parking spot. We were fortunate to have both on the premise all week, except for one evening and we parked across the street in that instance. I loved that this isn’t an area with side by side condos, so the beach was not as crowded. We enjoyed eating out at Sharky’s, Capt. Anderson’s and Runaway Island which we walked to since it is less than 100 yards up the beach. The only drawback would be the elevators. One was down all week leaving only two available. So if you want to take a cart down to the beach you should do so early or you will be waiting awhile to do so. We had a wonderful time with our family and enjoyed out time here.

Beautiful Condo; Fabulous Balcony
We had a wonderful, relaxing time! *Ocean Reef isn't a huge complex, so it's not as crowded. No tiki bar or live music, but quiet & relaxing. *Condo is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. *Balcony is huge - lots of seating and great views. 6th floor unit. *Walking distance to family attractions, shopping, & a few restaurants. *Beach service for chair rentals & jet skis. *The pool is large & clean. There is also an indoor pool (FYI - closed if lightening is in the area). *Booking/check in was easy. Lisa was a great contact! *The unit has a designated parking spot on the 5th floor near the stairs. The condo is located one floor up, so it was easy getting to the car. *The parking garage is a little tight but doable. *There is construction at the building next door; however, noise was not really an issue. *The complex has 3 elevators but only 2 were working, so it could be a bit of a wait. We only used the elevator when we needed to get to/from the ground floor. If we needed to use the car, we took the stairs. *There were a few beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys available for use. *Bring a small bottle of dish soap. *We had an issue with the washing machine, but I reported it. Restaurant suggestions: Runaway Island is within walking distance from the condo. Good food and beautiful view. The Wharf - great buffet with crab legs! Owner suggestions: Add USB/charging station in the bedrooms by the beds. Leave at least one extra trash bag. We will return!

The condo was better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable. It was well stocked. The only negative thing is the parking place is very tight but we got used to it. I would definitely stay here again! Also I wanted to mention the beach. This part of the beach was not as crowded as other parts and I feel like that was a big plus for this location.

Room was very clean. Loved the layout. Only issues were the balcony door in living room doesn't lock and the front bedroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Elevators were only working part of the time so we ended up carrying a loaded wagon up 6 flights of stairs. Then they would only work going down not up.

Loved the location beach view from bedroom was so beautiful! The property manager Lisa was so easy to get in touch with which made check in so easy! The only thing I would mention was the tv screen picture was not big and the bedroom door squeezed easy fix through! Loved the laundry area and dryer was so fast at drying clothes! Would stay here again for sure!

Great family spot!!
We loved this condo!! Fully stocked!! They even have beach chairs and a cart. Everything was clean and in great condition!! The parking garage is kind of a challenge lol but not too bad! I would definitely stay there again!! We loved that it’s not too overly crowded, yet still close to a lot of restaurants etc!! Great place to stay overall!! Highly recommend!! The check in process was SO easy and convenient as well! They were always quick to respond to any questions I had before we arrived.

Very beautiful condo and amazing customer service!
We loved our stay here! Easy access to so much and especially the beach. The condo had everything we needed and we could see our kids from the balcony at the pool so they stayed late on evening while we went up to make dinner. Views are amazing. It was super easy to communicate with the owner and she was extremely accommodating! We will definitely visit again and stay here. Highly recommend!
