It’s freakishly over priced for what you get and the they hammer fees and costs all over the place, the resort is old and outdated, the rooms are really in need of an update, golf course is well below average for the area, the blue ember Resturant, is decent but over priced, the rest of the restaurants are below average bar food,

Beautiful resort , we love the différents pools ( one with slides and a lot of kids) one quieter and one for adult only . Don’t bother with the breakfast buffet at 40$ it is not worth it at all , à la carte is great . Bedroom ( vista) with golf course are very quiet with great view . Great resort for families.

We have emergency call from home so we have to leave early. We cannot stay overnight. So I check out 6 PM. I try to get some refund back, but they didn’t give me anything. they told me you booked through Expedia so we cannot give you anything This is wasn’t nice. for a few hours stay

Good, but…
Bad check-in experience, cockroach in the room, and the toilet backed up. There are a lot of activities for kids, which is why we chose this property. Having said that, the rooms are dated and the service isn’t great. For the price, you could definitely find something nicer in this area.

here is the response i received from the hotel manager after I told her that the only reason I booked this hotel is because an activity list was provided to me prior to me booking. If I knew that they didn't have activities provided to me my family would've stayed elsewhere "Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the disappointment you and your child encountered during your stay. It’s completely understandable how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting the activities you were told about, only to find they were no longer available. I can imagine how much that impacted your plans and your child's excitement. I will also find out with the agent that checked you in and find out why the updated activity list wasn't provided at check-in. But again, I’m sorry for this experience, and I hope we are able to correct these wrongs in the future."
