Very old and outdated
This is a very old and outdated hotel. The floors squeaked and the faux wood panels throughout the hallways looked moldy and were falling apart. The beds were very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Whim booking. Whimsical place.
This is an interesting place. I like the nostalgic look and vibe of it. The hallways are full of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz and I Love Lucy photos (at least the floor I was on). Place a little “dated” but i think that is part of the charm. I liked it and am glad I booked it on a whim

I was informed at check in that the hotel no longer had a complimentary continental breakfast which has been available for at least 20 years. It has been replaced by a very expensive breakfast option. The hotel should have been very clear at reservation that this has changed and was no longer available. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Did not like the assigned room. The room had a mildew smell and the floor had a crackling sound lije the wood was ready to cave in. No longer give complimnetary breakfast vouchers. The venue charges $20 nightly parking rates, something i dont recall them doing in the past. This has been our spot to stay in indian wells but will have to consider other venues on our next visit.

Beautiful & Comfortable Hotel
It is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area with scenic mountain views. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I would recommend the hotel. I was not greeted by a happy clerk when I checked in because it was my impression that it was nothing personal, just an unhappy man. The rest of our stay was enjoyable and I will definitely go back.

This place is incredibly dated. The bed is not good and they give you these tiny square pillows on a king bed. The bottom sheet had a stain on it and the place smelled musty. Wanted to get out of there as soon as we could.
