I always like palm desert mountains and desert view. Property is located in very beautiful area however the rooms and amenities are more basic than I thought it should be with the rate I paid.

Property is outdated ,needs a complete overhaul.The sofa in the sitting area felt very itchy when we sat on them. It was so uncomfortable for my wife , she ended up sitting on the dining table chair during our stay. Overall staff was nice and so was the breakfast, saw quite a few homeless people wonder around the surrounding area.

Rooms need Major Reno - pool awesome
Rooms were very run down and in need of maintenance. Dirty carpets, peeling paint, broken fixtures, etc. Pool was fantastic. Well maintained, cleaned everyday, lovely gardens, best feature of the hotel. Most all of the staff including the gardeners, pool man were excellent
