Great resort living in Palm Desert

This home is ready for any long term (more than 30 days) guests. It is located in the prestigious Chaparral Country Club with an Executive golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym, clubhouse spa, and restaurant. If you are working remotely, stay a few months in an idyllic location. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has everything you need.
The condo is located near the end of a street with a cul de sac and very quiet. There is a fully equipped gym. Walking distance to Club house and tennis courts. If you choose to eat at the club house, prices are reasonable and the food is very good. (Our chef is famous throughout the Valley). There is a relaxing viewfrom patio is the golf course and pond with fountain that is very relaxing, and faces North East. You might even see Pelicans, ducks, geese and an occasional seagull that is pretty lost. There is partial view of mountains.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Palm Desert Aquatic Center. An outdoor pool, a gym, and concierge services are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a fireplace.
