We disappointed for not work open door balcony, no pool because empty water and not work ice machine for too many things. We are not satisfty for our vacation since we are roadtrip from Canada

Avoid this place! One of the worst.

Absolutely terrible, and a joke for the price. It listed it as a balcony which was a weird triangular area with one crappy chair. The room was clearly old and looked nothing like the pictures. My room was clearly not vacuumed and had pieces of who knows what everywhere. The bathroom was in very poor condition with unfinished and damaged areas all over. Who knows what that weird color on the wall is. My friend’s room hat ants, mold around the shower, and a squeaky bed. For the outrageous price they charged for each room there is no way the condition and cleanliness is acceptable.

There were ants in the room, and there was no cover for the air conditioner between the curtain and air conditioner. Temperature in the lobby was too warm and not comfortable.

The building was very hot upon entrance. It also had a musky smell. Our room had little to no hot water. The front desk woman gave me the wrong room key and wrong directions to my room.

Saving on energy

Seems to be the management is trying its best to cut expenses and save money! No A/C at lobby area, door wide open, low quality breakfast. It was huge, but low quality.

Horrible hotel

The hotel is in terrible shape. Water stains on hallways ceilings, carpet ripped in most seam areas. The room carpet was dirty with dirt and weeds. The tub faucet was dripping with the handles falling off and rust filled. The drapes had many holes and very dusty. Tried to open to enjoy the view and dust basically flew off. Walls had plaster slapped on sloppy and painted over. There was a heavy musty odor throughout the building. The painting in the room was splattered on doors and frames.

Not asking a lot of a budget, dog friendly hotel for 1 night but here are few things that had me reconsidering my stay. Found small black ants on the floor in the bathroom, Direct TV never connected so went without tv, the A/C barely worked and room was uncomfortable, and the sliding balcony door was off the track and I needed to reset it before normal operation. Lots of trash outside, no dog poop bags, and lots of tack weed made for not as enjoyable dog walks. Bright side: The breakfast was good (normal hotel breakfast - diy waffles!) and proximity to amazing sights near Page
